What a great new spot in Blairsville! Rolls are small but fairly priced. So order enough if you are hungry. They even serve beer now. The only downside are the abbreviated hours they are open. Hopefully that will change in the future.

Love the Sushi Shack! I usually make my order online (which is super easy and user friendly) and I just pull up, pick up and go! The rolls are always fresh, always made to order and always yummy - seriously, some of the best I’ve had. When I do have time to sit and eat, the service is always wonderful and the owners take pride in cleanliness and friendliness each time! I always recommend them to my friends and family who come to town. 😊 ❤️ P.S. - my personal favorite is the shrimp tempura roll!

We regularly eat sushi at various restaurants when in Atlanta but are currently at school in Young Harris. A friend recommended the Sushi Shack and we were spectacularly impressed! Kenny was extremely kind and helpful. The food was delicious. We will be back. Thanks again!

Great sushi in a cute country atmosphere. I wasn't expecting to find sushi in the mountains, let alone great sushi! It was delicious and the staff was very friendly. This will be a regular spot for us if we end up moving here.

This is a great place to get sushi at a very good price. Very friendly and down home people. So glad we have this gem right here in Blairsville. So I'm eating the Philadelphia roll in my recliner with a good chick flick and got no complaints.
